Raul Rodrigo Diaz's way toward instant photography started as a battle against the digital age and became a lifelong experiment. Born in Chile, Raul studied at the School of Visual Arts in New York and then at the Corcoran School of Arts in Washington, DC between 1988 and 1995. In 1997, he left for France, where he assisted several important names in the field of fashion and advertising photography.
The enrichment acquired during this period allowed him to publish his first portraits and fashion series for French and international magazines, as well as to present his photos in multiple Parisian and European exhibitions.
